Job Description: ServiceNow Engineer
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer with a strong background in developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in writing and manipulating objects within ServiceNow, encompassing both server-side and client-side development.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and implement solutions for Service Catalog and record producers.
- Write efficient and performant server-side scripts, including Business Rules and Script Includes.
- Develop highly performant web applications with a keen eye for detail.
- Perform thorough testing of code written on the ServiceNow platform to ensure quality and reliability.
- Work on building and optimizing processes within ServiceNow.
- Lead projects and implement new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all defects are resolved and the final product is ready for customer release.
- Manage and deliver tasks within project timelines.
- Identify and communicate risks and concerns to project leads.
- Provide clear and detailed deployment instructions.
- Create comprehensive documentation for functionality, code, and processes using internal project management tools.
- Experience with the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module of ServiceNow is a significant plus.
This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
