Job Role: ServiceNow FedRAMP Implementation Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow FedRAMP Implementation Architect with over 15 years of experience to join one of our client’s teams. This role is crucial for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet FedRAMP compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, FedRAMP security protocols, and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Architect/Consultant, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow FedRAMP implementations.
- Possess strong knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and Architecture level configurations.
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, Orchestration, and operational activities.
- Provide Project Management expertise, including merging multiple instances.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB.
- Manage projects involving Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
- Possess strong knowledge of FSM (Field Service Management) design and implementation for large-scale customers.
- Mentor and share technical knowledge and guidance with team members.
- Design technical solutions and provide best practices guidance based on customer requirements, translating them into functional requirements.
- Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation.
- Apply strong ITIL process knowledge to evaluate and identify correlations and impacts with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Must hold certifications such as ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery), and ITIL V3 Foundation.
