Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Architect with strong hands-on expertise to join our team for a long-term contract. This role is fully remote and requires extensive experience in CMDB Architecture, HAM/ITAM, Service Catalog, Workflow/Flow Designer, ETL, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB Architecture, HAM/ITAM, and Service Catalog.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Workflow/Flow Designer.
- Develop and manage ETL processes, Import Sets, and Transform Maps for data integration.
- Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Client Scripting best practices for custom development.
- Implement and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Ensure solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation principles within ServiceNow.
- Provide support for large-scale, multi-instance client environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Architecture.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Catalog & Workflow / Flow Designer.
- Experience with ETL, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Client Scripting best practices.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-instance client environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with TNi (Technology Needs Identification) within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
