  • Proven track record of successfully leading global ServiceNow roll-outs in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), and ITAM (Hardware and Software Asset Management).
  • Significant experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations, including Case Management and Employee Service Center customization.
  • Strong mastery of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and its application in building a healthy CMDB.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, XML, and HTML/CSS, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s underlying data structure and API capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow MID Server architecture, security protocols, and integration with third-party enterprise tools.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.

Professional Skills and Leadership

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
