Role Overview: ServiceNow & Moveworks Platform Lead

KaashTech is looking for a visionary ServiceNow & Moveworks Platform Lead to spearhead our AI-driven service management initiatives. This remote-first role is designed for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between traditional IT Service Management (ITSM) and the emerging world of Agentic AI and conversational automation. You will be responsible for the strategic roadmap and technical execution of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it serves as the backbone for enterprise-wide automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Leadership: Direct the delivery of ServiceNow modules at scale, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and CMDB. You will define the architecture and ensure that the platform remains scalable and maintainable.
  • AI Integration: Lead the implementation and optimization of Moveworks or similar enterprise conversational AI platforms. You will design agentic workflows that allow AI to autonomously resolve employee requests and automate complex service chains.
  • Governance and Strategy: Establish and maintain platform governance models. This includes managing instance health, defining development standards, and overseeing the release management lifecycle for large-scale upgrades.
  • Workflow Design: Utilize hands-on architecture skills to design sophisticated workflows that integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems. You will focus on reducing manual intervention through intelligent automation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units (such as HR and Finance) to identify opportunities for service improvement and AI adoption.
  • Discovery and CMDB: Ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) through robust Discovery and Service Mapping processes, providing a single source of truth for the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT platforms and service management.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically leading ServiceNow platform delivery in a large-scale environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery modules.
  • Proven experience with Moveworks or other enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI and its application in service automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex platform upgrades and multi-stream development projects.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on driving innovation and operational excellence.

Special Requirements

Experience with Moveworks or enterprise conversational AI platforms is required. Focus on Agentic AI workflows.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Remote
