Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner (Onshore)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and managing the product roadmap, aligning capabilities with business goals, and ensuring the prioritization of features and enhancements. You will be responsible for maintaining a clear, actionable backlog that supports agile delivery and efficient development workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the CSM product roadmap by aligning capabilities with business goals, leading strategic planning, and ensuring prioritization of features and enhancements.
- Maintain a clear, actionable backlog that supports agile delivery and efficient development workflows.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions delivered within project timelines.
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate UAT and demos for validation against business needs.
- Support change management by developing training materials, user guides, and communication plans that facilitate adoption of new tools and processes and ensure smooth transitions across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner, with significant focus on ServiceNow, particularly CSM and CMDB.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including CSM, CMDB, Service Portal, workflow automation, Performance Analytics, and integrations.
- Agile/Scrum Mastery: Strong understanding of Agile principles, sprint planning, backlog management, user story creation, and SAFe methodologies.
- Product Vision: Ability to build product roadmaps, define strategy, and drive digital product advancement.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with integrations (APIs), scripting (JavaScript), and reporting tools.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) is highly preferred.
This is an onsite contract position located in Minnesota. We are looking for a candidate who can bring a strategic vision and hands-on experience to our ServiceNow platform.
