Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow S2P Architect for a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes. This role involves remote work with potential travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the effective integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Lead and mentor development teams on best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and S2P industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), CSA, CAD, and CIS in S2P or related modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting, business rules, and UI policies.
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
