Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Developer with at least 13 years of experience to join our client’s team. This role offers a remote option and is a 6-month extendable contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Threat Intelligence.
  • Design, build, and support integrations with various security tools such as FlashPoint, Palo Alto WildFire, Netscope, Have I Been Pwned (HIBP), and others.
  • Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication methods.
  • Map and normalize security data, including alerts, vulnerabilities, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation to enhance security operations.
  • Enable dashboards, KPIs, and operational/executive security reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
  • Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of Security Operations experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module.
  • Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, Threat Intelligence).
  • Experience with security tool integrations (FlashPoint, Palo Alto WildFire, Netscope, HIBP, etc.).
  • Experience with REST integrations, MID Servers, and secure authentication.
  • Ability to map and normalize security data within ServiceNow.
  • Experience in developing security workflows, playbooks, and scripts.
  • Experience in enabling security dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams (SOC, GRC, Risk, IT).
  • Understanding of enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
  • H1B visa sponsorship is considerable.
  • Profiles with at least 13+ years of experience are preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
