Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps & IRM Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled **ServiceNow SecOps & IRM Developer** with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and IT teams to automate workflows, integrate security tools, and enhance governance frameworks within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow SecOps (Security Operations)
- Design and implement solutions across: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence.
- Configure security workflows, playbooks, and orchestration processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, endpoint tools).
- Automate alert ingestion, enrichment, and remediation workflows.
- Develop custom applications, scripts, business rules, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Support SecOps module upgrades and enhancements.
ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- Implement and customize: Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Configure risk scoring models and control frameworks.
- Build compliance dashboards and executive reporting.
- Automate risk assessments and issue remediation workflows.
- Support regulatory requirements (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
Technical Skills Required:
ServiceNow Platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture.
- Hands-on experience with: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server setup & integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
Security & Risk Knowledge
- Understanding of: Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC2, CIS), Incident Response lifecycle, Vulnerability management lifecycle, Risk & compliance processes.
Integrations Experience With
- SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Vulnerability scanners (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7)
- Cloud security tools (AWS/Azure security integrations)
- GRC/Risk systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM modules.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent documentation and process design skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Special Requirements
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required. ServiceNow CIS – Security Operations and/or CIS – Risk & Compliance – Preferred. Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. Screening: Strong scripting experience in JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management. Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, cloud security tools, GRC/Risk systems. Interview Mode: Not specified.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
