Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer with extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and API development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades, along with a strong commitment to information security controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow application and Application UI.
- Utilize ServiceNow APIs for development and integration.
- Manage multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure required information security controls for the platform are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 8 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Experience in configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI.
- Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year
