Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer with 7-8 years of experience to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This is a long-term, full-time, onsite position requiring 5 days a week in the office. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and utilization of ServiceNow APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform deployments, upgrades, and security controls, and ideally hold ServiceNow certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow application and its UI.
- Develop solutions using ServiceNow APIs.
- Manage and execute ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure required information security controls for the platform are maintained.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Proven experience in configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications and UI.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
- Familiarity with maintaining information security controls for the platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations across various domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM) is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Work Environment:
- Onsite position: 5 days a week in Princeton, NJ.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
