Role Overview
VBeyond Corporation is looking for a visionary ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead complex enterprise implementations. This contract role is based in Atlanta, GA, with remote options available, though local candidates are preferred. As a Technical Architect, you will be the primary specialist for multi-module ServiceNow environments, with a specific focus on ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and HRSD. A critical component of this role is driving innovation through Generative Artificial Intelligence using ServiceNow’s ‘Now Assist’ capabilities. You will serve as an automation expert, leveraging Predictive Intelligence to analyze data and streamline business processes for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Generative AI integration within the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist.
- Design and implement advanced automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Utilize Predictive Intelligence and machine learning models to analyze platform data and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Oversee platform upgrades, integrations, and custom application development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of the ServiceNow environment for high-concurrency enterprise use.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Gen AI (Now Assist) features.
- Strong background in automation and the application of Predictive Intelligence for data analysis.
- Experience with Golang or other modern programming languages is a significant plus.
- Advanced understanding of ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $200,000 – $275,000 per year (Estimated)
