Role: ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead for an onsite position in Dallas, TX. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts for ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
  • Develop Service Catalogs using Standard and Multi-row Variable Sets.
  • Implement complex workflows using Flow Designer, including flows, sub-flows, and decision tables.
  • Develop multi-page record producers and catalog forms.
  • Provide advanced to expert-level development experience for the Employee Center portal.
  • Apply moderate to advanced scripting knowledge for various development activities.
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery and analyze discovery logs to resolve errors.
  • Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
  • Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve issues.
  • Utilize practical knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, and WMI.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of infrastructure components including servers, databases, storage, network devices, and cloud instances.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
  • Proficiency in Service Catalog development with Standard and Multi-row Variable Sets.
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer for complex workflows.
  • Proven experience in developing the Employee Center portal.
  • Advanced scripting capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery implementation and log analysis.
  • Experience in CMDB health checks, audits, and data management.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI).
  • Solid understanding of various infrastructure components.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow professional to contribute to critical IT service management initiatives. The contract duration is 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Dallas, TX
