About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. This is an onsite position in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, ensuring the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform, and supporting various ServiceNow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of ServiceNow Service Catalogs, including standard and multi-row variable sets.
- Design and implement complex workflows using Flow Designer.
- Develop multi-page record producers and catalog forms.
- Utilize advanced to expert level experience in portal development for the Employee Center.
- Perform moderate to advanced level scripting for all development activities.
- Conduct hands-on implementation of ServiceNow Discovery.
- Analyze Discovery logs for errors and troubleshoot issues.
- Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup activities.
- Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
- Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve errors.
- Ensure practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, etc.).
- Maintain a good understanding of infrastructure components (servers, databases, storage, network devices, cloud instances, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or similar role.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
- Strong experience with Service Catalog development, including variable sets.
- Proficiency in Flow Designer for creating complex workflows.
- Experience with Employee Center portal development.
- Moderate to advanced scripting capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure components.
Additional Information:
This is an onsite role in Dallas, TX. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
