Role Overview
Technocraft Solutions is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) for a strategic 6-month contract-to-hire engagement based in Fort Washington, PA. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical platform execution. The successful candidate will own the product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy for critical ServiceNow modules across the enterprise. This position requires a deep, hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domains. Unlike a traditional developer role, the TPM focuses on governance, architecture, and scalable solution design to ensure the platform delivers measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.
- Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams.
- Translate business needs into well-architected, scalable, and governed solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Lead the capture of stakeholder requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability from initial scope to final test cases and releases.
- Oversee the technical strategy for HRSD, SPM, and ITOM modules, ensuring best practices in platform configuration and customization.
- Support organizational change management activities, including the development of communication plans, training materials, and adoption strategies.
- Manage complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and ensure that all platform enhancements meet rigorous quality standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support environments undergoing digital transformation, consolidation, or post-acquisition integration.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of professional experience across various ServiceNow platform roles, including Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Product Owner.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
- Strong proficiency in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex platform lifecycles in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-HR, CIS-SPM) are highly desirable.
Work Environment & Compensation
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least two days onsite per week at the Fort Washington, PA office. Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia area or willing to commute. We offer a competitive salary range reflective of the 2026 US market for senior ServiceNow experts, along with the opportunity to lead transformative projects within a dynamic IT consulting environment.
