Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our client’s team. This is a remote position with a rate of $60/hr C2C. The role requires candidates who are either USC or GC holders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience testing ServiceNow upgrades and at least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. Experience testing custom applications on the NOW platform and proficiency in automation testing using ATF, Selenium, and Java are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow upgrades.
- Test custom applications developed on the ServiceNow platform.
- Execute test cases for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ATF, Selenium, and Java.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely bug fixes.
- Participate in test planning and strategy sessions.
- Ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow releases.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience testing ServiceNow upgrades.
- At least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Experience testing custom applications on the NOW platform.
- Proficiency in automation testing using ATF, Selenium, and Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
