Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2 years specifically implementing and customizing the VR module. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to effectively manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting. This role requires designing and implementing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations that support the entire VR lifecycle. You will also integrate the VR module with external vulnerability scanners and the CMDB to automate the import and correlation of vulnerability data. This includes configuring MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for efficient vulnerability data ingestion. Automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management is a key part of this role. You will be expected to create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track key vulnerability KPIs and trends. A strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes is essential. Experience integrating with leading vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, and Prisma Cloud is required. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations is necessary. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
  • Experience integrating with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,600 – $166,400 per year (Estimated)
