Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SFDC Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a lead role in the development, creation, and modification of software applications and specialized utility programs. This position involves analyzing user needs, designing software solutions, and optimizing operational efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a lead role in the development, creation, and modification of general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Oversee or lead the analysis of user needs and the development of software solutions.
- Oversee or lead the design of software or customization of software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Supervise the analysis and design of databases within an application area.
- Oversee the creation of detailed design documents (models, diagrams, flowcharts) that outline the software code required for an application.
- Supervise the development and direction of software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Oversee and perform a lead role in ensuring programs function normally through software maintenance and testing.
- Lead the coordination of software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting software architecture.
- Experience with software testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Work Arrangement:
3 days onsite mandatory.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
