Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel CRM Architect to join our team. This role will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions for the Justice Center – Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR) project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Siebel System Architecture, Siebel Configuration, and Siebel integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement Siebel CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Siebel applications using Siebel tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain Siebel workflows, business services, and other application components.
  • Design and implement Siebel integrations using EAI, EIM, and Web Services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Siebel CRM configuration and performance issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Siebel best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in Siebel Cloud migration and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure initiatives.
  • Develop and execute test plans for Siebel solutions.
  • Utilize Siebel Automated Testing and Oracle’s Siebel Open UI Client.

Required Qualifications:

  • 84 Months of experience with Siebel System Architecture, Siebel Configuration Process and Tools.
  • 84 Months of experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) architecture, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Web services.
  • 84 Months of workflow development experience in Siebel CRM Public Sector 8.x or higher.
  • 84 Months of experience in Siebel web templates, JavaScript, jQuery and/or .net.
  • 36 months of experience with IP 2020 or higher architecture, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Siebel Workspace, Siebel Web Tools, Siebel Cloud migration.
  • 84 months of experience troubleshooting/resolving Siebel CRM configured application issues.
  • 12 Months of Siebel Automated testing experience.
  • 12 months of experience with Oracle’s Siebel Open UI Client.
  • Experience with user interface development in New York.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
