Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with extensive experience in Splunk, Splunk Observability, and Splunk MLTK, focusing on AI training and experience. The role also requires experience with Copilot/AI, Fintech/Banking, and proficiency in querying Mongo collections and Oracle tables. Grafana experience is also essential.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be willing to work non-standard hours as needed to collaborate with a global team. The ability to communicate effectively with developers, SREs, and business stakeholders is crucial.
Must Have:
- Splunk / Splunk Observability / Splunk MLTK (Heavy experience in this area), with focus on AI training/experience.
- Copilot / AI experience
- Fintech / Banking experience (at least 1 year)
- Knows how to query Mongo collections / Oracle tables
- Grafana
- Experience multi-tasking
- Willing to work non-standard hours as needed with a global team
- Able to communicate with developers, SREs, business stakeholders

Special Requirements
Interview Mode: In-Person; Location: Charlotte or NJ (100% onsite 3 days from office mandate)
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year
