Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Engineer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is specifically designed for candidates who can align their working hours with the Central Standard Time (CST) zone to ensure seamless collaboration with our North American clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Sitecore ecosystem and a proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level digital experience platforms. As we look toward 2026, the focus of this role will include leveraging Sitecore’s SaaS offerings and headless architectures to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Sitecore solutions using Sitecore XP, XM, and XC platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Architect and implement Sitecore content structures, including templates, layouts, renderings, and custom pipelines.
- Build modern, headless frontend experiences using Sitecore JSS and modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Integrate Sitecore with a wide range of third-party systems, including CRMs, ERPs, and marketing automation tools.
- Optimize Sitecore performance and search capabilities through efficient indexing using Solr or Azure Search.
- Lead the migration of legacy Sitecore instances to newer versions or cloud-native environments like Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product owners to translate business requirements into functional Sitecore components.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles and Sitecore Helix standards.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments to Azure PaaS or other cloud environments.
Technical Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on web development.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience specifically as a Sitecore Engineer, building and maintaining complex solutions.
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, particularly React or other JavaScript-based tools.
- Knowledge of Sitecore development best practices, including templates, renderings, and content architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with headless and modern Sitecore implementations is a significant plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
