Role Overview
TestingXperts is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sitecore Engineer to join our growing digital engineering team. This is a fully remote position within the United States, but candidates must be available to work during Central Standard Time (CST) hours to ensure effective collaboration with our domestic and global teams. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 to 10 years of overall experience in the Information Technology sector, with a specific focus on Sitecore development for at least 6 to 8 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Sitecore solutions that align with client business requirements and technical standards.
- Implement Sitecore best practices, including the creation and management of templates, renderings, pipelines, and complex content architectures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Develop backend logic using .NET technologies, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Integrate modern frontend frameworks such as React or other JavaScript libraries to enhance user interfaces.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment across various environments.
- Work within Azure cloud environments to host and scale Sitecore applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Sitecore versions and features, including headless and modern Sitecore implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Sitecore performance and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
Technical Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall professional experience in software development and IT.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience specifically as a Sitecore Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Sitecore development, including experience with Sitecore XP, XM, and potentially Sitecore 10.x features.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API development.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of Sitecore Helix principles and architecture.
- Experience with search providers such as Solr, Azure Search, or Coveo.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
Soft Skills and Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with global and distributed teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality code and following industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sitecore Professional Developer Certification.
- Experience with Sitecore Content Hub or Sitecore OrderCloud.
- Knowledge of headless CMS architectures and Sitecore JSS.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
