Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Six Sigma Finance Process Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process improvement within the finance domain and possess a strong track record of successful project implementation. The position requires a hybrid work model with 5 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Six Sigma projects to improve finance processes.
- Analyze current finance operations to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Train and mentor team members on Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare project documentation, including charters, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of experience in finance process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred (or equivalent advanced CI certification).
- Green Belt considered with a strong project track record.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment (5 days in office).

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
