Opportunity: Data Engineering and Administration Roles
Teamware Solutions is currently hiring for multiple critical positions located in Plano, TX. These roles require a 5-day-a-week onsite presence and involve a rigorous selection process, including a mandatory Face-to-Face interview. We are looking for specialists in Snowflake Administration, Informatica MDM Development, and Informatica IDQ Development to support our client’s enterprise data initiatives.
Available Positions
- Snowflake Administrator: Responsible for the health, performance, and security of the Snowflake cloud data warehouse. This includes managing virtual warehouses, storage, and data sharing.
- Informatica MDM Developer: Focused on Master Data Management, creating a single source of truth for critical business entities.
- Informatica IDQ Developer: Dedicated to Data Quality, ensuring that all enterprise data meets the required standards for accuracy and reliability.
Detailed Responsibilities
As a Snowflake Admin, you will handle user access, monitor credit usage, and optimize query performance. You will implement data masking and security protocols to protect sensitive information. For the Informatica roles, developers will be tasked with building complex mappings, workflows, and profiles. The MDM Developer will work on match/merge rules and data stewardship UI, while the IDQ Developer will focus on cleansing, transforming, and validating data across various sources. All roles require close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Plano-based facility.
Interview and Submission Process
Candidates must be prepared for a Face-to-Face interview in Plano, TX. This is a non-negotiable requirement of the hiring manager. Furthermore, we operate under strict vendor guidelines: please ensure you have not been submitted for these roles through other vendors for the same location or client. We require a clean Right to Represent (RTR) and a thorough cross-check of the Job Description and Req ID to avoid duplicate submissions, which will result in immediate disqualification from the interview process.
Requirements
Candidates must have a strong background in Information Technology with specific expertise in their respective domain (Snowflake or Informatica). Excellent communication skills are required for the onsite collaborative environment. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Special Requirements
Face to Face Interview required; 5x week onsite in Plano, TX; No double submissions via other vendors.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
