Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake Developer to join our team. This role requires a customer-centric mindset with strong empathy, prioritization, and problem-resolution skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Snowflake data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various business needs through efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient data solutions using Snowflake.
  • Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance for speed and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Snowflake environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
  • Work with integrated systems such as Salesforce and LDAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Snowflake and related technologies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy, prioritization, and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Intelligence, creativity, and familiarity with web-based technologies.
  • Rapid learning ability for complex systems and programs.

Preferred Skills

  • Digital expertise with Snowflake.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with integrated systems (Salesforce, LDAP, etc.).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Stamford, CT
