Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Control Engineer responsible for building custom robotic machinery, developing real-time control logic, and supporting systems from requirements through onsite deployment.

  • Must have Automation + Robotics Experience
  • Professional-level experience with C#/.NET and C++
  • Must have a valid LinkedIn profile

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 11+ years of experience developing and debugging real-time automation logic.
  • Experience designing and building custom robotic or industrial machinery.
  • Experience owning projects through the full build lifecycle, from user requirements through onsite deployment.
  • Experience developing PC-based control logic for industrial systems.
  • Experience creating graphical user interfaces for industrial applications.
  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical layouts.
  • Experience configuring servo-driven motion systems and high-precision motion paths.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with custom machine build environments.
  • Experience supporting installation, commissioning, and deployment of automated equipment onsite.
  • Experience integrating motion control, HMI, and machine logic into complete industrial systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build custom robotic machinery in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of machine builds from requirements gathering through onsite deployment.
  • Architect and implement original logic for PC-driven industrial automation systems.
  • Develop and debug real-time automation logic for custom machinery.
  • Program industrial applications using C#/.NET and C++.
  • Design and implement graphical user interfaces for machine operation and control.
  • Read and apply electrical diagrams and technical layouts during system development and troubleshooting.
  • Configure servo-driven motion systems and high-precision motion paths.
  • Support testing, debugging, installation, and deployment of completed systems.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
