Job Overview:
Join a dynamic engineering team supporting the MineStar Fleet Application, which enables autonomous mining trucks and staff vehicles. This role focuses on testing engineering (SIL) with exposure to IT software systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the MineStar Fleet Application, enabling autonomous operations using Command for Hauling and MineStar systems, and utilizing fleet management tools to monitor productivity and operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the MineStar Fleet Application for autonomous vehicles.
- Enable autonomous operations using Command for Hauling and MineStar systems.
- Utilize fleet management tools to monitor productivity and operational data.
- Perform Software in the Loop (SIL) testing in a scalability lab simulating real mining environments.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
- Debug and troubleshoot system/software issues.
- Administer and manage a VMWare-based server cluster.
- Create and maintain virtual machines (VMs) across Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Support system upgrades, including migration to Windows Server 2022.
- Work within a segmented VLAN network environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with Software Testing & Debugging (SIL preferred).
- Hands-on experience with VMWare and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of Python scripting.
- Understanding of IP Networking concepts.
- Experience with Windows Server OS & Linux environments.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with autonomous systems or fleet management platforms.
- Exposure to automotive, mining, or heavy equipment domains.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite).
- Duration: 2+ Years.
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 days/week).
- Visa: Any visa is accepted.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
