Job Title: Solution Architect

We are urgently seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an onsite role at our prime partner, Capgemini, in Albany, NY. This is a 12-month contract position with a rate of $70/hour on a CTC basis. The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of overall experience, with a significant portion in a Solution Architect role. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications, optimizing SQL queries, supporting third-party software integration, and ensuring data integrity and compliance within a regulated GxP environment.

  • Fullstack Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications across frontend, backend, and database layers within a regulated GxP environment.
  • Database Management: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL/DB queries to support data integrity, analytics, and system enhancements.
  • Infrastructure Support: Access application and infrastructure servers, analyze logs, and support troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
  • Third-Party Integration: Assist with third-party software installation, configuration, integration, and validation, collaborating with internal IT and vendors.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Lead or support data integrity assessments, identify compliance gaps, and partner with QA to implement CAPAs aligned with ALCOA+ principles.
  • Documentation: Create, revise, and maintain controlled documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids, and technical guides.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements, translating user needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • CSV Support: Support CSV (Computer System Validation) tasks, including drafting validation deliverables, executing tests, and maintaining traceability.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, perform impact analysis, triage issues across application layers, and ensure timely communication and closure.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and proactively address performance, integration, or data issues.
  • Project Management: Successfully juggle multiple priorities, manage workloads in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and soft skills, including clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, IT, business partners, auditors, and vendors) to support system operations and continuous improvement.
  • Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,600 – $145,600 per year
