About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Cloud implementation. This role is critical in aligning our global trade compliance and supply chain operations with Fortinet’s strategic objectives. You will own the GTM functional and technical architecture, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, data migration, reporting, and security setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Cloud implementation aligned with Fortinet’s global trade compliance and supply chain operations.
- Own the GTM functional and technical architecture, including configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting, and security setup.
- Define global and regional GTM use cases and provide solution blueprints covering areas like restricted party screening, license management, trade agreements, and customs filing.
- Collaborate with Fortinet SMEs and business stakeholders to drive blueprint workshops and develop a lean, scalable design for GTM cloud.
- Provide leadership across GTM data objects (Trade Transactions, Partners, Classification, Licenses, Declarations, etc.).
- Work with cross-functional teams (SCM, OTM, SOA/OIC, EBS, Salesforce) to integrate GTM within Fortinet’s digital trade ecosystem.
- Govern delivery of GTM configurations, extensions (if any), and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.
- Support test scenario design, SIT/UAT validation, and resolve complex issues across functional and technical streams.
- Act as a point of escalation for functional/technical decisions and lead defect triaging during testing.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation handover, and production readiness support.
- Provide thought leadership on GTM Cloud roadmap, new features, and future-state evolution.
Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in Oracle SCM domain with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM (on-premise and/or Cloud).
- Deep expertise in Oracle GTM functional flows: Restricted Party Screening, Trade Agreements, Trade Transactions, Product Classification, License Management, Customs Declarations.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Oracle GTM Cloud solutions for global organizations, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
- Experience working with multi-system architecture including Oracle EBS/Cloud, Salesforce, and middleware.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle GTM Cloud Certification (preferred).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
