Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across application systems. This role focuses on microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term platform stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Design microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
- Act as L3/P1 escalation point for critical production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Drive technical roadmap, architecture improvements, and POCs.
- Manage architectural technical debt and ensure scalable design practices.
- Ensure security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Domain: Finance domain experience.
- 15+ years in architecture and design.
- 5+ years in Java/Kotlin/C# development.
- Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, and API gateways.
- Experience in cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of application security and high-availability systems.
- Experience with databases, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GCP and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to PCI compliance and secure architectures.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ownership and leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
