Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in AI Agents to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade agentic and intelligent automation solutions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a blend of architectural fundamentals, practical AI/automation experience, and a proactive approach to adopting emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end intelligent automation solutions, incorporating agent-driven, multi-step workflows (both autonomous and human-in-the-loop).
  • Define practical patterns for orchestration, approvals, exception handling, and auditability within these solutions.
  • Architect integrations between agents, RPA bots, workflow platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, and data services.
  • Establish clear decision criteria and reference patterns for selecting the most appropriate automation approach (agent vs. traditional automation vs. rules/workflow), considering risk, cost, time-to-value, and organizational maturity.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture artifacts, including diagrams, integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and implementation guidance.
  • Guide delivery teams and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
  • Accelerate the delivery of usable outcomes, from Proofs of Concept (POCs) to production-ready solutions.
  • Implement appropriate guardrails for reliability, governance, and change management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI Agents and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering AI/automation solutions in production environments.
  • Experience with emerging agent interoperability/context patterns (e.g., MCP) or advanced context/tool management.
  • Experience designing multi-agent workflows and/or orchestrations, including human-in-the-loop designs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) in enterprise settings.
  • Prior experience supporting an Automation or AI Center of Excellence (CoE), including standards, intake processes, governance, and reusability initiatives.
  • Experience establishing evaluation and observability practices for LLM/agent solutions, including testing, monitoring, and prompt/version management.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and pragmatism to evaluate and adopt emerging agent patterns and tools.
