Job Overview:
Sivic Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Developer for an onsite position in Utica, NY. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in database development and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust SQL code, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions.
- Optimize database performance through efficient query writing and indexing strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all database systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SQL technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a SQL Developer.
- Expertise in T-SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
- Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience with database administration tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position located in Utica, NY.
- The rate for this position is $55/hr.
- All visa types are accepted.
