Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with extensive experience in SQL, TSQL, and PL/SQL. This is an onsite position located in Utica, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining our database solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security.
- Participate in database design and architecture discussions.
- Write efficient and maintainable T-SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform database administration tasks as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a SQL Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL, TSQL, and PL/SQL.
- Strong experience with stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
