Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Power BI Developer to join our team. This role involves working with data to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, and data visualization techniques.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize query performance and data models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analysis.
- Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to business users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to ensure data quality and availability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year
