About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Agentic Software Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role focused on building and deploying advanced LLM-powered applications and agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend or systems engineering background and a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement LLM-powered applications and agentic systems.
- Build and integrate agents, workflows, and MCP-based tool integrations.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies for enhanced AI capabilities.
- Develop production-grade APIs and services using Python or similar agent-oriented languages.
- Ensure systems are designed with observability, evaluation, and operational ownership in mind.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend or systems background.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered applications beyond prototypes.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic systems, including agents, workflows, MCP-based tool integration, and RAG.
- Strong proficiency in Python (or similar agent-oriented languages).
- Experience building production APIs or services.
- Experience designing systems with observability, evaluation, and operational ownership in mind.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- LinkedIn ID is a must.
- Must be a USC or H4 EAD.
