About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Appian Developer with expertise in AI functionalities to join our team. This role involves translating functional requirements into robust Appian business flows, designing and developing Appian applications, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Appian’s capabilities, including process models, UI development (SAIL), expression rules, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and build functional requirements into Appian business flows.
- Develop and implement AI functionalities, such as document data extraction.
- Understand requirements from Product Owners, design, and map them to business processes.
- Collaborate with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate Appian-based applications.
- Design and develop Appian applications utilizing Process Models, UI (SAIL), Expression Rules, integrations with third-party systems, Rules Management, CDT, DB Query, and Records.
- Create and execute unit tests for Appian applications.
- Leverage Appian Group Types, Process Designing, Security, and CDT as appropriate.
- Expertly design reports and develop them using Appian.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
