Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Application Developer with experience supporting NICE Actimize financial crime platforms. This role will focus on development, customization, and integration work within an Actimize environment supporting fraud and compliance systems.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with NICE Actimize, including ActOne, STAR, or AIS
- Java development experience
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and backend development
- Experience working within AWS environments
- Ability to support system integrations, enhancements, and platform improvements
Preferred Skills
- Python or PowerShell scripting
- DevOps / CI-CD pipeline exposure
- Experience in financial services, fraud detection, AML, or compliance platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications within the Actimize platform
- Support integrations between Actimize and internal systems
- Write and optimize SQL queries and backend Java services
- Assist with deployments and automation in AWS-based environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fraud and compliance initiatives
Additional Requirements
- Must be local to Richmond, VA
- Candidates who have worked at Capital One or other large financial institutions (e.g., JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, etc.) are preferred.
- Proper LinkedIn and DL required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
