Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Campaign to join our team. This is an onsite position located in Owings Mills, MD. The role will involve working on a critical Adobe Campaign upgrade project, focusing on data-heavy tasks, integrations, and backlog management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Performing in-depth data analysis and documenting data requirements.
  • Conducting manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and execution.
  • Leveraging expertise in Adobe Campaign (v7 to v8 upgrade) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Managing project scope, including data mapping, validation, and integrations.
  • Handling enhancements and ongoing backlog items for the Adobe Campaign platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing and UAT.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Federated Audience Composition.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and Data Modeling concepts (e.g., Informatica, SnapLogic).

Project Scope Details:

  • The primary focus will be on an Adobe Campaign upgrade from version 7 to version 8.
  • The role will involve significant data-centric work, including data mapping, validation, and setting up integrations with other systems.
  • Responsibilities will extend to managing and implementing enhancements and addressing the ongoing backlog of requests.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
