About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in the New York/New Jersey area. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience and a strong background in business intelligence, data compilation, and stakeholder management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards.
- Compile data and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Manage calendars and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- Work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Experience in data compilation, KPI/OKR tracking.
- Strong calendar and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in executive reporting and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have a DL & Photo ID.
- LinkedIn profile is required.
