Job Overview:
Conquest Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sr. Business System Analyst (BSA) with 10-12+ years of experience to optimize and automate the end-to-end digital content marketing lifecycle. This role is critical for bridging senior stakeholders and technical execution teams, with a primary focus on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The successful candidate will manage the full feature lifecycle, from eliciting requirements for journey orchestration to final production deployment, ensuring seamless efficiency across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Real-Time CDP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing and Data leadership to identify and solve bottlenecks in content creation and audience orchestration.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designing sophisticated workflows that integrate natively with AEM Assets (DAM) and AEP modules.
- Maintain a high-quality backlog of Epics and User Stories, prioritizing AEP application integrations and marketing automation initiatives.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate that marketing journeys and data mappings within AJO and RT-CDP adhere to strict business governance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AEP-related features.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe Experience Platform and digital marketing technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Direct experience or profound functional knowledge of the AEP ecosystem, specifically AJO, Real-Time CDP, and CJA.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing lifecycle, including content orchestration and digital asset management via AEM Assets.
- Expertise in the Agile methodology, including writing concise User Stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing sprints.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
