Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SR Java Developer for a remote contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and experience with various technologies. This role requires a consultant available for C2C/C2H (Contract-to-Hire) arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure that all user-facing requirements are met.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Java ecosystem and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Consultant available for C2C/C2H (Contract-to-Hire).
