Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Migration Engineer to manage and execute complex IT migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and successful transition of systems and data. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing migration strategies, primarily focusing on tenant-to-tenant migrations, G-Suite to Office 365 migrations, and other enterprise-level system transitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with migration tools and methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute tenant-to-tenant migration strategies.
  • Manage G-Suite to Office 365 migration projects, including discovery, planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  • Utilize migration tools such as Quest On Demand, BitTitan, and ShareGate to facilitate seamless data and system transfers.
  • Perform Office 365 administration tasks related to migration and ongoing management.
  • Oversee enterprise messaging and collaboration platform migrations.
  • Conduct thorough migration discovery, cleanup, testing, and cutover phases.
  • Provide post-migration support to end-users and IT teams.
  • Manage IT migration projects resulting from Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Document migration processes, configurations, and outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with Tenant-to-Tenant Migration.
  • Extensive knowledge of G-Suite to Office 365 Migration processes and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand, BitTitan, and ShareGate.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 Administration.
  • Experience in Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration migrations.
  • Proficiency in Migration Discovery, Cleanup, Testing & Cutover procedures.
  • Experience providing Post-Migration Support.
  • Demonstrated M&A IT Migration Experience.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
