Job Description:
Looking for someone who can translate SharePoint application but has hands-on experience with .NET, angular and SQL. These things are a MUST! Not looking for someone who will manage a team but just be able to execute and be hands-on.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the modernization of legacy, business-critical enterprise applications, with a primary focus on re-platforming SharePoint and InfoPath-based solutions into a modern, scalable web platform.
This role involves understanding existing form-based and workflow-driven applications including forms, approvals, permissions, and attachments and helping redesign them using modern, data-driven and reusable application patterns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with enterprise applications, enjoys working across the stack, and collaborates closely with technical teams and business partners to translate real-world processes into maintainable solutions.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful involvement in early prototyping, framework development, and platform design.
What You’ll Work On
- Modernizing legacy internal platforms, including SharePoint and InfoPath-based applications
- Translating complex, real-world business processes into clean application designs
- Building dynamic forms, validations, approval flows, and workflow-driven functionality
- Contributing across the stack: backend services, frontend UI, and data persistence
- Designing solutions that emphasize reusability, configuration, and auditability
- Working with relational databases to manage application state, history, and reporting needs
- Supporting secure authentication and role-based access aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborating closely with architects, senior engineers, and business partners
- Helping shape standards, patterns, and frameworks used by multiple applications
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience building enterprise or internal-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of business forms, approvals, and workflow-driven systems
- Hands-on exposure to SharePoint, including one or more of the following:
- InfoPath forms
- SharePoint workflows or approval processes
- Supporting business users on SharePoint-based applications
- Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Experience modernizing, refactoring, or replacing legacy systems
- Familiarity with workflow or approval-based applications
- Experience with background or scheduled processing
- Familiarity with role-based access and enterprise authentication
- Experience working in a Git-based development environment
Technology Environment
- Modern web frontend frameworks – Angular
- Backend services built using ASP.NET Core
- Relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Enterprise authentication and directory services (Active Directory)
- Exposure to data transformation or analytics tooling (e.g., dbt) is a plus
- Deployment and runtime environments include containerized services, with exposure to Kubernetes and OpenShift

Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year
