Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Node & React Developer with over 12 years of professional software development experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable code across our full-stack ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining code architecture decisions that support a scalable product, ensuring that our front-end and back-end systems are seamlessly integrated and optimized for performance. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated web applications using React.js and Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries to streamline future development efforts and maintain UI consistency.
- Design and implement robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Express or similar frameworks, focusing on scalability and security.
- Integrate various data storage solutions, including SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and retrieval.
- Implement comprehensive security and data protection measures across the application stack to safeguard sensitive information.
- Lead unit testing, contract testing, and E2E testing initiatives to ensure product reliability and robustness before deployment.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to maintain a high-quality user experience and system stability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React, Node.js, and the broader JavaScript ecosystem to implement best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Technical Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
- At least 3 years of intensive hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in a production environment.
- Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux and linting tools like Eslint or Tslint.
- Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch for cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as Google Dialogflow, Langgraph, and Gemini/ChatGPT is a significant advantage.
- Experience with database schema design, modeling, and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $230,000 per year (Estimated)
