Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Performance Test Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in load and performance testing using automation tools like LoadRunner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tool evaluation, developing automation frameworks, and providing estimations based on project requirements. You will also define the strategy for performance testing and develop test plans to mitigate risks and ensure system quality.
- Experience in system and application level performance testing.
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Check / Review the test scripts developed.
Skills Required:
- JMeter
- Perl/Python (or some scripting language)
- Unix
- Java scripting
- SQL/non SQL DB experience
- ServiceNow troubleshooting/domain
- ATF
- Simulator/Generator development using (any language) is a plus.
- Good communication skills is a must.
- MUST HAVE – Telecom and Azure experience
This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite presence from Day 1. Only local candidates will be considered.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $61 – $81 per year (Estimated)
