Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with strong AI/ML experience to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite role requiring local candidates. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on development skills in Python, with experience in implementing data pipelines or building RESTful services. While not the sole focus, a strong background in deploying ML/AI solutions in production is highly desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust Python applications, focusing on AI and ML integration.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Develop and deploy RESTful services for seamless integration of AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and Python development.
- Integrate data capture and ML models within Java Spring Boot applications if applicable.
- Perform data extraction and transformation across various formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Deploy ML/AI solutions in production environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on Python development skills.
- Proven experience in implementing data pipelines or building RESTful services.
- Significant experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications.
- Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
- Proficiency in SQL and database skills beyond basic proficiency.
- Experience extracting and transforming data across formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Experience with Java and integrating data capture and ML models within Java Spring Boot applications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of big data technologies.

Onsite – Locals, Mentio Visa & current location while sharing profiles
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
