Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React UI Developer with over 12 years of professional expertise to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is designed for a technical leader who possesses a deep understanding of front-end architectures and a passion for building scalable, high-performance user interfaces. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our web applications, ensuring that we leverage the latest advancements in the React ecosystem to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex user interfaces using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
- Architect scalable front-end solutions that support high-traffic applications and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practice sharing.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and platforms.
- Implement robust state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.

Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in software development, with a primary focus on front-end technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Functional Components, and the broader React ecosystem.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale production applications.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with modern build tools and version control systems such as Webpack, Vite, and Git.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of UI component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
Advanced Engineering Standards
In this role, you will not only write code but also define the standards for our engineering culture. This includes establishing CI/CD pipelines for front-end assets, implementing automated testing strategies that cover unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest accessibility (WCAG) standards. Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
