Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in building and architecting complex Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Visual Force, and Salesforce administration. Strong experience with DevOps tools like AutoRabit and a proven track record in integration projects are essential. Experience with Salesforce AgentForce, including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows, is also required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in agile methodologies, and the ability to articulate complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop complex Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visual Force, LWC, and Aura.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features.
- Implement and manage AI-powered agent workflows using Salesforce AgentForce.
- Integrate AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
- Utilize DevOps tools like AutoRabit for efficient development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Communicate complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership.
- Adhere to agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce-related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience with LWC and Aura components.
- 5+ years of experience with Apex & Visual Force.
- Proven Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Strong experience with DevOps tools (e.g., AutoRabit).
- Must have hands-on experience with complex integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce (setup, configuration, optimization).
- Experience integrating AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodology.
- Ability to understand and articulate requirements and designs clearly.
- Experience facilitating meetings and resolving issues effectively.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex architectures to senior leadership.
Additional Information:
- This role requires an in-person interview.
- The role is open for candidates in Hartford, CT, and Dallas, TX, with a preference for local candidates.
