Job Description: Sr. SAP BRIM SOM Functional Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SAP BRIM SOM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and its integration with S/4HANA, particularly focusing on the Subscription Order Management (SOM) module. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP BRIM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP BRIM, with a specific focus on SOM.
- Conduct hands-on configuration for SAP S/4HANA BRIM, including Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Manage and execute the Order to Cash (OTC) process within SAP, ensuring seamless integration between modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) related to BRIM.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BRIM functionalities and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes on the SAP platform.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM – SOM configuration.
- Experience with system configuration of SAP BRIM & S4 Hana Convergent Charging & Invoicing.
- Familiarity with Convergent Mediation is a plus.
- Product Configuration with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Digital technologies, specifically SAP BRIM – Convergent Invoicing & Financial Customer Care.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is an onsite position located in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can contribute to the success of our SAP implementations.
