About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow architecture and core functionalities, including ITSM and SPM. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow functionality to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the areas of ServiceNow architecture and core functionality.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow ITSM functionality.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) functionality.
  • Apply extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric – Integration Hub.
  • Work effectively with users and the project team to identify and document requirements for the maintenance, enhancement, modernization, remediation, or development of computer application systems.
  • Develop, test, and implement ServiceNow functionality to meet business needs.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience of ServiceNow ITOM functionality.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments.
  • Work on complex technological solutions.

Required Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow core functionality.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow ITSM functionality.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) functionality.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric – Integration Hub.
  • Ability to work effectively with users and a project team, to identify and document requirements for the maintenance, enhancement, modernization, remediation, or development of computer application systems, including technical overviews and context diagrams.
  • Expert skill in developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow functionality to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow ITOM functionality.
  • Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or lower-level analysts.
  • Experience working on complex technological solutions.

Preferred KSAs:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations and processes
  • Ability to understand and communicate highly technical and business requirements or Software Tool Purpose

Technical Knowledge:

  • Operating Systems: Windows
  • Databases: SQL Server
  • Programming & Scripting Languages: JavaScript
  • Tools & Utilities: Azure AD Federation Services, Active Directory

Special Requirements

Onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Knowledge of ITIL foundations and processes is preferred. Screening steps and interview modes not specified.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year

Location: Tallahassee, FL
